Refund policy

Items purchased from Lizzie’s Custom Designs are eligible for return only if there is a mistake on our part. (ie. false color, misspelling, wrong size) 

Items purchased from Lizzie’s Custom Designs are eligible for refunds if the original product (no customized products) is returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. 

If a product needs to be shipped back to Lizzie’s Custom Designs, it is the responsibility of the consumer to pay for the cost. Lizzie’s Custom Designs will only pay for the shipping fees if it is a mistake on our part.
